Major sanity saver. I will be eternally grateful for the guidance, support, and kindness I received during my breastfeeding journey from Serena and her team. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with issues ranging from breastfeeding to co-sleeping, including surviving all the different phases, transitions, and how to keep your sanity and marriage intact after having a baby. I highly recommend.
Serena is a passionate supporter of families and of breastfeeding! She helped me tremendously when my daughter was born as we worked through complicated challenges and she was always kind, insightful, evidence based, and humorous. Her bedside manner is truly the best! I wish I had her around for my first!

Serena is a master at what she does and I cannot imagine my life as a first time and new mom with nursing/lactation issues without Serena's expertise, conviction, and witty humor. I found Serena through my doula when my 6 day old baby hadn't had a dirty diaper in a couple days despite breastfeeding every 2 hours. I also had a low grade fever for 2 days at that point.
