First impression is the most important thing and I have a bad attention from a Male receptionist, he was rude and he looks us like he was mad for our visit. I don't recommend this place at all.

i just had such a bad experience today saturday, january 21st, i had an appointment to get the stitches removed from my cookatoo "cuco" i arrived 7 mns late, i came from san jose, with some rain on the way and a little accident that delayed us, ok, however, we hat appointment at 10.45, we arrived at 10.52 and they refused to attend us, they were suppoused to remove stitches and make some blood tests to know about the bird's liver, but honestly after this experience i will have to find another place, thank you BAY AREA BIRD H... read more
Don't take your rats here. Rude vets, exorbitant fees and lack of caring.
Do not bring your bird here. Dr Marcucci couldn't hold my daughters sick, tame and hand raised parakeet and it flew away slammed into the wall and died. A vet that advertises herself as a bird vet, should in the very least be able to hold a bird.
Thanks for taking good care of Siouxsie and Squeaker today. :-)
