I was a new potential patient but will not be returning to this office. I made an appointment that was canceled due to inclement weather, which I understand. Yet when I called the next day to confirm my second appointment the voice message still said the office was closed, so I didn't show to my second appointment. The office staff (not the providers my daughter or I were seeing and since I have never spoken to the actual owner, that person is not included in this review either) at Bay Area Behavioral Health are unprofessional and incompetent. To be specific, the Office Manager Marlene and their front desk person Theresa....This office has been OVER CHARGING me per their contracted rate with my insurance carrier and I tried for close to 3 weeks to have the issue resolved.
