Mary at Baby Squad was amazing to work with! We call her Mary Poppins because her tips and tricks worked like magic to soothe our newborn baby! She was great in person and also available for the frequent calls / texts on baby related sleep and feedback questions!
I truly cannot convey how absolutely incredible Mary and the entire Bay Area Baby Squad is. We worked with Mary and Katherine at BABS the longest, but interacted with several wonderful employees. When BABS started helping us, it felt like our fairy godmother entered our home. Our daughter was colicky and our first baby and we were at our wits end. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mary! I referenced her multiple times for both of my babies and her expertise around feeding and sleeping are unmatched! My second baby had feeding issues and trouble gaining weight. She was not only solutions oriented but she was so caring every step of the way. She is truly a baby whisperer and I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through those tough newborn days/sleepless nights without her support.
If I could give a thousand stars I would. The service was amazing - Mary was very responsive and on time with invoices, answering questions etc. And our night nurse, Martina, was beyond wonderful! She was so good with our baby, had amazing suggestions for us on scheduling & feeding, and just generally acted as our therapist / coach / friend. I can't recommend Martina and BABS enough - it made the first 12 weeks with our baby so much easier and more enjoyable!
Bay Area Baby Squad is amazing! Martina was fantastic and everything was super easy. Could not recommend more highly working with them.
