I cannot tell you how great of a shop this is. We have been here a few times and always have gotten outstanding customer service, detailed and honest explanations, great pricing, quick turn around and friendly people. I have never been so pleased with place of business, 11/10 would recommend. I will never go anywhere else!
Theresa and Ken are absolutely wonderful! Thorough and fair, and always putting the customer first. They take the best care of my car, making sure it runs like a top for all of my cross-country driving adventures! Very honest people no nickel and diming very organized
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Bay Area Automotive Services. I have known Ken and Theresa for about 6 years and they so honest and friendly. If you need car repair they are definitely the go to in Tampa. Cannot express enough thanks. I would definitely recommend them every time.
Two genuine people living the auto life! I felt very welcome and comfortable in this service and space. It was a slammed day for them so he recommended a trusted service one street down, though when he kindly started my car he was able to tell immediately that it was my alternator and ended up fitting me in rather quickly. I am very appreciative that my car made me home safe and soundly! Thank you!

Theresa and Ken truly embody customer service at its best! They fixed my car FAST, and took the time to show me they did it 100% right and even explained that their work was warrantied for 12 months, just in case! Theresa took the time and patience with me to explain not only what was wrong, but how it all made my car work, and how each part impacted the overall engine. They left the extent of the repairs completely up to me with absolutely no pressure or overselling- awesome!!! Definitely recommend this shop!
