I am so surprised with the negative comments. I personally have been a patient here for 30 years. All if the doctors i have seen are very professional and knowledgeable. They have have taken very good care of me in all aspects of visits. I've used the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, lab & x ray. I've been a inpatient and had outpatient surgery. I think I have used almost every Department and have been very satisfied with the service. The staff are very helpful and kind.
I was in the ER for detox. There are two detox facilities that I had an option to go to in green bay. Bellin did not take my insurance and Willow creek was full. DR. RAVEL refused to give me a different medicine than the librium as the librium caused a dangerous drop on blood pressure. He instead told me to go to the ER (which I just did!!!) instead of giving me the medicine that they would give you anyway in a detox facility. THIS IS WHAT CAUSES PEOPLE TO BUY BUY DRUGS OFF THE STREETS BECAUSE THESE DOCTORS WILL NOT HELP.
