very rude and makes you feel like a nobody!!! battery died and he would not even help was wanting me to push my v10 8 in lifted excursion out of his parking lot been going there 8 months for service on life safer and he is just plain rude!!! looking into switching companies so I dont have to feel belittled there.

Louis treated me right and gave me the system I always wanted. The team here is extremely professional and courteous. I was blown away with there quality of work, and I will defiantly be coming back to complete my system with them.
Bay Area Audio Visions is by far the best at what they do. Louis did a great job installing a new stereo system with custom subwoofer and back up camera in my new 2016 Silverado. Fantastic job. Very pleased.

I had ordered headrest with DVD players from another company and bought the Installcard through that same compnay. This is the company they put me in touch with. Louis is very nice and the lady that worked on my car did a great job. They were having trouble getting the FMM to work and she spent an hour troubleshooting it for me. I have plans to go back and get other things installed with them. Thank you for everything.
With a limited time available, the team at Bay Area Audio Visions installed everything that was promised and got me on the road with the utmost confidence on operating the unit. I will definitely be back. Couldn't believe they had everything on site to get it done quick.
