BAAC is an exciting fusion of Martial Arts. We have an advanced international curriculum designed by 5x World Champion and Educator Muzammal Nawaz. Class sizes are kept small and intimate where focus remains on developing proper technique and skills. BAAC is a family oriented Martial Arts Club. We have programs designed for all ages (starting at 4 years old) and skill levels. We welcome everyone, no matter what!!

Amazing Place. All skill levels welcome.
Who ever drives that ugly Tesla garbage can needs a driving lesson. Driving in between 2 lanes, cutting people off on appleby line and almost running cars off the road! Maybe don't advertise on the vehicle if you cannot drive it
The best gym I have been to.. I waited a while to have a full experience of the gym before I write a review..absolutely nothing bad to say. There’s an actual curriculum and a structure for you to follow and see real results. Coach Maz is very knowledgeable and a great mentor. Conditioning classes are a great add on for you to develop your body. Great atmosphere where you feel welcomed and cared about. Everyone is friendly and respectful. I’m really happy I found BAAC
