They billed as diagnostic (more $$$) when it should have been preventative. Refused to correct. They also do split billing (more $$$, double copays). Contact phone number is disconnected. Avoid these fraudsters.
Double billing and they've disconnected their phones
Double billed for my procedure, no answer at office. The trouble with this is the doctor who is actually performing the procedure orders the anesthesiologist, unless you ask you are not going to know until the bills show up... If this is a constant issue with this business it should be put out of business and the doctor suspended for at least 90 days!
Do not use the services from them. They are fraud!!!! They do not do the job they are required to do for billing and invoicing correctly. Hospitals should stop using services from them.
