AC was having issues and true to their advertisement all prices were given before repairs were made. Jose the tech who came to my home was very respectful and transparent. Some months ago I had Cody and his team install a Navien tankless water heater. For some reason the unit they put in had a sound that resonated throughout my plumbing lines that was annoying as could be. He and his crew did everything they could do to alleviate the problem. Swapped internal parts that regulated the gas etc with no avail. Cody called Navien to see if there was anything they could do.
