Cody and his team at Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing are phenomenal! Recently, we experienced 2 separate urgent situations, and they responded promptly and professionally, quickly diagnosing and correcting the problems. The first was a failure of one of our AC capacitors on an extremely hot day, and the second was an above-ceiling leak caused by a clogged condensate drain. In both cases, the issues were quickly resolved, and the charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing!
Bay Area A/C was the lowest quote we received and were very professional, so we chose them to replace our a/c system. Cody and his team were quick and clean with their work. They also came across issues with the prior duct work configuration and reconfigured it, without charge, to improve efficiency and to add space to the attic walkway. Great, fast service!
We had an issue with our upstairs being constantly hot and humid. Our home is a new build and the company that was covered by warranty had come out multiple times to look and told us that everything was running fine. Jeremy with Bay Area came out and within 10 minutes had found the problem and fixed it. He was so nice and checked our whole home. He also had an answer for some excessive condensation that we were previously told was normal. Thank you so much Jeremy!
Straight up, honest, and professional before and after the work. When our A/C finally needed replacement after 21 years, Cody and his team replaced our entire system, added dampers, and adjusted our airflow so that we are cooler and more efficient. We trust, and recommend them for all of our A/C needs!
