I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. I wanted to wait until I lived here for a while to ensure my review stayed true and it has! I give this company 5 stars for multiple reasons. The first is Leslie, the leading/rental agent. She is absolutely delightful to work with, she gets back to you promptly even though she is SO busy and she is incredibly sweet and doesn’t apply pressure at all. Today, I had service done on the electrical box in my apartment. When I got home, I found that the service was completed, but my refrigerator wasn't working. I tried troubleshooting it myself, but I couldn't get the circuit breaker to work. I went online to fill out a service request, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response; I didn't expect to hear back until the next day. Bay advisors never respond to tenant problems. They raise rents without renovations and making sure units are in good conditions. They suck at everything. I hope they go bankrupt soon
If I the option to rate this place a zero, I would. From terrible management to the team in the office is absolutely horrible. My daughter supposed to start college. We applied for 1 bd 1 bath. We already got approved and my complete address with the exact unit number email to me. 2 before my move in date I call to get the amount I will need buy the money order for because the price would prorated, I was told by Glen that they don't have an apartment ready for me and I'm not qualified for the apartment.
