I've worked with lots of management companies. This group is solid. Communicates well, great attention to detail, and easy to work with.

Today, I had service done on the electrical box in my apartment. When I got home, I found that the service was completed, but my refrigerator wasn't working. I tried troubleshooting it myself, but I couldn't get the circuit breaker to work. I went online to fill out a service request, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response; I didn't expect to hear back until the next day. Bay advisors never respond to tenant problems. They raise rents without renovations and making sure units are in good conditions. They suck at everything. I hope they go bankrupt soon
