They will always take great care of your pets while explaining treatments, making recommendations and including options for you to consider. I had a domestic abuse case with my ex and missed an appointment. They're refusing to see my pets since I missed an appointment and had to leave my home. I told them what was happening when I missed my appointment, but they still don't care. I was trying to update my dogs vaccines after getting settled on my own.

We are so sorry to hear about your situation. We were not made aware of it at the time, did not receive a call, and it was two 30 minute appointments. Our policy is if you "no show" for 2 consecutive 30 minute appointments that you are no service, but policies fail with extenuating circumstances daily in this country. We would be happy to do anything to help you get in a better situation, even if we haven't seen your pets in several years. i want to thank Dr. Ruff abd his staff at Bay Animal Hospital. My Lil Bit was a very sick baby i called and they said i could bring her in right away., I've always have had dogs as pets, so i really know nothing about raising a kitten, so i have to leave her care to a vet and i think i have chose the best one in bay county. He seen her yesterday afternoon, this morning Lil Bit is the same lil kitten i had before she got aick. He knew exactly what she needed. Thank you Dr. Ruff

We took our Beagle in for the first time this morning and had a wonderful experience! The staff was very kind and caring. I would recommend Bay Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a new vet!
I have been taking my dogs here for several years now, and can not say enough about how amazing Dr. Ruff and the entire staff are! They care for my fur babies as if they are their own! Excellent all the way around!
