I have been entrusting my furbabies care to Dr. Ruff for 5 yrs. BIG MISTAKE! What I thought was confidence in his abilities, is nothing more than Arrogance. Last year Violet, my 4 yr old corgi starting having repeated UTI’s all diagnosed by urinalysis. Not once did Dr. Ruff suggest a urine culture. Instead he jumped to X-Ray, which did not show anything. I have been going to Bay Animal Hospital for almost 30yrs. First under Dr. Randy Eubanks. Now under Dr.Ruff and I love him and his staff. In Jan of this year Dr. Ruff found out our girl Roadie had lung cancer. She's 13yrs old and could not under go the treatment. They were trying to do everything and had the health of our dog always in mind.
