As a long time bay alarm subscriber I must express continuing disappointment in their customer service. Calls are not answered within 10 minutes sometimes longer. Their message says currently we are experiencing high call volumes the same message for more than ten years. If their are the largest independent they should hire more staff or reduce the size of their customer base.
