As a long time bay alarm subscriber I must express continuing disappointment in their customer service. Calls are not answered within 10 minutes sometimes longer. Their message says currently we are experiencing high call volumes the same message for more than ten years. If their are the largest independent they should hire more staff or reduce the size of their customer base. We've been using Bay Alarm Company for 25 years. Recently had the system updated and we are pleased with the results.
Being a business owner for 43 years, its nice to see a company that is on time, efficient and professional. We have used Bay Alarm for many years and when we had a recent issue they were right out to do the repairs. I would recommend Bay Alarm to anyone looking for a good security company.

I work as a facilities manager for an agency in North Bay and they send me a text saying the alarm had low battery, i called right away and within 2 hours they were here to change the batteries and they even checked all the other alarms system in the agency.
