The technician excelled in all categories. He was on time, was very clean and was very knowledgeable. He used Tech Support and Field Support as needed to hopefully remedy our alarm issue.
The tech that came out was courteous and professional, but keep in mind that he was here because the initial installer did not install the product correctly and it's obvious that he did not test the entire system. We could have had an incident and not have been aware of it. It would be difficult to recommend Bay Alarm for this egregious mistake.
