At 2:30 P.M. I called to report the blower motor on my HVAC was not working. Technician arrived, replaced the motor and had unit operating, all within two hours from the time I placed the call. I appreciate the technician being professional and courteous and keeping me from having to endure the coldest night of the year without heat.

We always have a great experience with the team at Bayaire - Keith, the owner, Kevin, Joe, Charlie, Preston, Emily and Carla. We had problems with both HVACs back to back. They were able to troubleshoot the problems immediately, Carla was communicating with me on my warranty and status of product to be replaced and the installers were prompt on time, courteous and mindful of my home by putting down blankets to protect my floors. It really was a great experience with all involved. Thank you!

I had alarm on my ac going off. Your tech came out and looked at it. He didn’t know what was wrong with it. So he called the manufacturer of it and was on the phone with them for anbout 30mins. And decided it was the mother board. And then I wanted the quote. For it. But yall went ahead and ordered it with out me saying yes to it. And I had to call and cancel it all because yall were going to charge me around $1400. So since I canceled it yall charged me I think $460. For doing nuthin to my ac. I bought an used van from this company back in 2022, and it still had the company's phone number and all that which i think is amazing, I thought that the company had gone out of business by now but it hasn't we been driving it all over Alabama for almost 4 years promoting this company without even knowing, I think it's about time we get a little reward😂
