My heating system was not working so I looked for local HVAC companies near Belmont. I'm happy with the professionalism and organization shown by Richard and his assistant. They arrived on time, repaired my wall heater, and answered all my questions about my heating system. Very thankful!

I can’t thank Bay Air HVAC enough for coming out late night when my furnace suddenly stopped heating on a cold evening. I was worried I’d have no heat, but I called Bay Air who responded quickly and arrived the same day. The technician was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. He got my furnace up and running, and at a reasonable price! I will recommend them to family and friends for their HVAC needs.

I had a tenant call me with a broken heating unit for our townhouse in the middle of winter. I had heard many good things about Bay Air from friends and decided to try them out. I was able to schedule an appointment with Matthew right away. The crew were prompt and polite, diagnosed the problem immediately and were able to fix it same day without having to replace the entire unit.
