Richard and his team efficiently replaced our old furnace in a single day. Throughout the process, they demonstrated professionalism and ensured the work area was left clean. I would highly recommend their services.
Richard and Ignacio were quick and professional knew what was wrong immediately and fixed my problem and I had my heat fixed that day. My heat went out in the morning and richard came out that same day and saved the day!! I have used bay air twice now and they will be my vacation forever!
We highly recommend Richard and his staff!! Our 1987 furnace finally acted up on Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving, and Richard and his two workers came the next day by noon. As I expected, we needed a new furnace and luckily they had one and installed it in a couple of hours as well as a new thermostat! We were so pleased with the work, too! Fast, capable, cleaned up and such nice guys!! The furnace runs wonderfully! Richard gave us a very generous senior discount too. Thank you so much for coming to our rescue!!
