Several years ago, we used Bay Area HVAC to replace our old furnace. They did an excellent job, so when our air conditioning unit started failing in the midst of yet another heat wave, we called them again. They came out the next day. Showed me why the now also old air conditioning unit needed replacement and went to work. Next day, they came with the new unit, installed it, and we had great air conditioning by mid-afternoon. Top notch service and professionalism.

Angel came by our house, identified the problem quickly, and offered us two options for handling the problem. Was very fast and informative. There was an option to apply a new seal and coolant for our depleted and leaking condenser. The other was to replace the whole system given that our unit is 20+ years old and uses an older coolant. Given the current situation with COVID-19, wanted to go with the fast and simpler route of replacing the coolant and fixing the seal. Was very efficient and got the job done fast.
I called this company seeking a bid for the installation of a ductless AC system. The young man who took my call advised me Bay Air doesn't install ductless systems, but he offered to give me the names of other companies that do. He gave me the names and phone numbers of two other companies. He was so personable and helpful - if the rest of Bay Air's personnel are this responsive, I'm sorry they can't bid my job!
Great Service from start to finished! My 2 Air conditioning Bryant were repaired and the upstairs replaced in 1 day as scheduled. the owner and 2 workers did an excellent, clean and friendly work. Very happy to find a company like this one.
