Terrible!! I used to live there. I moved out because the Superintendents ALWAYS borrowed stuff from me, and they never returned. When I was moving out, I asked them for my items, and they refused to return it. Disgusting, unprofessional people. A shame!!!
Whenever I read the reviews before I thought people were being dramatic, especially that tenants always complain about Landlords, then I met homestead ! Their staff are rude, lazy and they lack basic decency. We had a CO leak in the building that almost killed more people had not one neighbor detected it and when confronted they simply say: we cannot inform all the tenants of everything going on. Looking for a good apartment building to live. DON'T PICK HERE!! I wish there was a rating less than 1 star. IMO .. Over changing on rent, always something down or under repair, renewal increases way over other places. (almost dbl the % amt.) Back charging to 2023 Don't walk .. RUN THE FCK AWAY. Find another place
Nothing was cleaned, there was a thick layer of oil inside and on the outside of the cupboards and yellow stains all over the kitchen. But its a nice neighbourhood and a good place to live. It's generally quiet. Lots of dogs in the neighborhood with friendly chatty walkers. I have yet to encounter a problem.
Find another place to live .. it's not worth it
