I’m very disappointed with the ongoing safety situation in this building, especially in the underground parking area. Despite repeated incidents being reported by residents over time, there appears to be little to no effective action taken by management to address the problem. Recently, my vehicle was broken into overnight and the driver-side window was smashed. Very poor maintenance. No electricity since last 15 hours. Nobody has any update on the ETA.
The management is getting worse day by day. Every month, they either have repairs for electricity or there’s no electricity in the building and these lasts for minimum 15-20 hours (even after repairs they have).
