Numerous pest problems that the building refuses to acknowledge or treat.
This building has made me depressed. I experience racism, vandilism of my belongings, people stealing mail, uber eats, homeless trying to break in, bugs, constant renovations and retroactively charging the entire building because they “charged us wrong the last 8 months”. You go to “management” aka randoms who work in a small office and they tell you deal with it. They dont give a crap.This is the worst place to ever live and I can’t wait to be able to move. Terrible Building – Bed Bugs, Car Break-In, and Rude Staff! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I’ve had bed bugs in my unit, and management took forever to do anything about it. They didn’t gave us notice but wanted us to pay for it. Even after pest control came, the problem wasn’t fully fixed. Then, my car got broken into in the underground parking — both windows smashed.
