Ruined my hair! She was in a hurry, and didn't finish blow drying or styling my hair to see if I was satisfied with the results, left it wet. ): Wanted a Blonde Ombre, my hair is orange now. When i went back to get my money back, she lied telling me she tried "calling me" when in reality she did not, then try to fix the mistake she made. Not letting her touch my hair after she ruined it.
