We needed a Kissling power relay shipped urgently to a regional location for a bus that absolutely had to go back into service next day. Bill (the manager) personally made sure the right part got in an airbag and out the door. Can’t speak highly enough about the range of quality, specialist products Baxters stock and the way they service trade workshops like ours. Thanks Bill and team!

A trip to the dentist is preferable to dealing with the incompetence behind that sales counter. The female was definitely promoted from the warehouse because nobody would employ her in a customer service role. The manager behind the glass, he's just checked out of even caring anymore. Give them a miss.
