Drove 4 hours from Missouri to Baxter's, well worth the drive for our new vehicle. Professionaal, courteous service. In and out in an hour. We highly reccomend this dealership
Bought a used car from there. Told me it was inspected. Evidently it wasn’t. Had to get 2 new tires and a new ball joint. Also got the first oils change and there was no oil on the dipstick. If you don’t want to get bent over when buying a new car or want to have a safe car for your family when you drove off the lot, I would recommend going elsewhere.
There is a reason Baxter has over 300 reviews and less than a three star rating. Don’t repeat others mistakes thinking you’ll be the exception here like I did. Sold a vehicle to me with undisclosed mechanical issues. That’s fraud. They can afford to go to court for BS like this but can you? Me neither.
