I have been dealing with Samual at Baxter Volkswagen for years and have always had a great experience working with him. The buying process has improved significantly over the years and is now ALMOST painless. I never feel talked down to or taken advantage of like I have at other dealerships.
Great experience at the Baxter VW La Vista location. My wife saw her new car was sitting at the lot at the Omaha location off of 180th and dodge. Saturday morning as I was at work she drove up to that location to look at a 2024 Toyota Sequoia TRD pro. To her disappointment no one greeted her. While slightly discouraged. I had my Volkswagen serviced at this location - Jason in service was extremely responsive with my questions and updates regarding my car. Vic and Caleb in sales were also helpful with switching out loaner vehicles and making sure I was taken care of highly recommend them when purchasing a vehicle.

Recently moved here from overseas and the team at this location took very good care of me. Shout out to Jason and mustache guy (forgive me I didn’t get his name) in particular. From a random oil leak to a weird coolant issue on two separate cars, they stayed in communication with me the whole time, they compete with local prices and follow-through with check-ins periodically. Really thankful I found you. Thanks team! :)
