I had the pleasure of working with Kevin and Samuel at Baxter in La Vista. I had the absolute best experience buying my car. I stopped in last weekend to look at, and test drive, a couple of vehicles. Kevin was personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was dreading looking for a new car because it always feels like a high pressure situation, but Kevin made the process easy and hassle free! Shout out to Sara as well for her kindness, and patience with all my questions on the purchasing side of things! Because of these two, I had a comfortable experience, and ended up leaving with a vehicle that fit my budget, and meets my needs.
The entire Volkswagen service team is amazing but Cody Viselli deserves a special shout out! My family has been purchasing vehicles from this location for over a decade, but Cody is a BIG reason we keep coming back. Cody treats his customers like family and he's always going above and beyond. He is always there with a smile on his face and is more than happy to answer any questions thoroughly and patiently. Honestly, Cody deserves a raise, a bonus, and possibly his own holiday! Cody is the real deal.
Loveee my new Atlas! TJ & Caleb were extremely kind and so helpful throughout my buying process! I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience — Sarah was also so amazing to work with, she helped answer all my questions and I loved chatting with her!
