I recently purchased an Atlas Cross Sport and was such a great experience from the time I walked into until I left. The dealership and service are great, but VW really screwed up om the 2024 Atlas and their customer service is absolutely horrible. They say they will call you back and never do. This has happened to me at least 5 times now. Beware of the transmission hesitation, knocking in the sun roof, recalls to the rear camera, the engine cover, the vehicle always going offline and not communicating with the app, the lift gate malfunctioning and opening spontaneously when the vehicle had been locked and then opening into your garage doo... read more
