They are the best! Truly caring and they really take their time to make sure you understand everything.
Amazing!! We are new to the area and did a lot of research on local vets. From the moment we walked in Kelly greeted us with kindness and patience! We have two pups, one is tough and the other essy-peasy. The doctors were able to help us and find just how to help our difficult rescue pup. Kelly was even able to clip his nails (rare without 5 people helping) We are so glad we have found an amazing vet for our family! Amazing people, fair prices and incredible care!!
I just returned from a trip to Baxter Veterinary Clinic where I wanted to buy flea medication for Munchie. The receptionist told me she wouldn't sell me the flea medication because Munchie had not been in for a checkup in more than a year. I can accept that, but the tone and demeanor of the receptionist was bordering on rude and I felt as if she were chastising me. My pets are my family- I would not consider taking them anywhere else! We have been going to Dr Baete sine we moved to the area eight years ago and followed her and Dr Doyle when they opened Baxter Veterinary Clinic.
Dr. Doyle and Dr. Baete and the entire staff at Baxter Veterinary Clinic are amazing. They are so compassionate and empathetic… they have cared for our animals with the same love and concern that we have for them. And, at the end of each animals life, they are supportive in a way that I have never experienced from a vet. I can't recommend them highly enough.
