Took my Jeep Wrangler in on July 1st to have the air conditioning coil replaced after a previous service and replacement of another part was not the problem. The manager Jeff had quit and John Baxter was working. I was told my Jeff previously it would be ready by Wednesday. Thursday was the 4th of July and he promised me after speaking to the mechanic that he could have it ready telling me it was a Labor intense job. I'd like to start off by saying I've never had an issue with Baxters before today. I've been taking my cars there for 15 years but after today, they will no longer get any buisness of mine or anyone I talk to about cars. I brought my car in to fix the AC. After picking it up, the engine was misfiring and the Service Engine Light was blinking. Neither of these issues were happening before I brought the car to the shop.
