We have lived here for two years and we LOVED Monica (our apartment manager) she left for awhile and we didn’t love her replacement he was rude, didn’t care to talk or know who we were, and never introduced himself. Monica came back and all was good! They let her got and the new property manager has been NOTHING BUT RUDE. And has yet to introduce them self to any of us resistance but text us not very professional. They also don’t take care of the property. the management does not care about the well being of the residents. basically going off hear say and not hearing both parties out to found a more suitable solution. was a cool place but not so much here lately
RecommendedI really enjoy living at Crown Villa. The rent is reasonable and everyone is very friendly. The grounds are beautiful. When the floor of my old shower cracked, they replaced it with a brand new shower. Stephanie is a great manager and always makes sure everything is running smoothly.

These pictures I am posting are from the Castle on the hill. I have lived here for almost 5 years. Ever since Cassandra Armenta Schwenn, the old manager left, it has been horrible. She did an amazing job and now shes gone. I am disgusted how people treat it that live there and the Seldin Company dismissing this place I call home. No not recommend my toilet floods in soap!! And no one is ever in office!!!pple use this place as a warming shelter always pple drunk In hallways ! Getting so bad!!a lot off people’s storages upstairs have been broken into and owners of apartments don’t seem to care or even put cameras !!! Been here 13 yrs and over the years it’s gotten so bad!! RecommendedCenter point apartments are by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Not only is Monica (our property manager) the most amazing person ever-the apartments are so cute and the layout is so amazing. I can’t even explain how grateful I am to be apart of this community. Monica makes everyone feel at home and I feel at home every time I walk in my door.
