the management does not care about the well being of the residents. basically going off hear say and not hearing both parties out to found a more suitable solution. was a cool place but not so much here lately
RecommendedBaxter Springs Senior residences is a quiet place. The apartments are beautiful open and spacious, perfect for my wheelchair bound husband. It's by far the best place I have ever lived.
The neighbors in surrounding houses do not approve of the manner the Residences is being managed. For one thing, they are allowing not only seniors but have made it low income housing. There is a near constant flow of shady looking individuals coming and going at all hours. These said individuals hang out on all sides of the building as well as an ABUNDANCE of children. We all are keeping our doors locked and contacting the city as well as police dept to see what can be done.
I live here the most quiet places I have ever live ,I love � my apartment!
