We had three pipes break in our home. Baxter Restoration was called to put the house back together. I was first introduced to a cost estimator who assured me my house would be put back as it was. Then a few days later the actual contractor came out. As usual she was late. In fact the 4 times she was scheduled to come out either she was late or not at all. Andi the field supervisor marshaled the contractors assigned to this job. It was completed in a timely manner and transformed the room into a great living space.
I had a seller that had a situation with a water leak in their home that was due to close in 3 weeks. I contacted Adam Clancy at Baxter Restoration and in a very short time frame they had the leak under control . Adam and other members in his office including Leisa and Henry were very responsive and in constant contact with myself and the seller. Baxter restoration was at my home today for water leak from pipes in the laundry room and bathroom. We got the extreme pleasure of meeting Brianna Riley. Of course being nervous and concerned about what had happened to our home, Brianna completely calmed my nerves.
