I first came into contact with Baxter Home Health when I started in home care giving in August of 2025. Since then I’ve seen countless nurses every single week, sometimes multiple times a week. A couple of the nurses are really great, most, not so much. The ones who come to see the patient who are in a rush, don't seem to really care about the patient. They see the patient for about 10 minutes and can't get out the door fast enough. If a patient needs a nurse on a weekend, they will not see a one. Mary told a patient that they don't see patients on the weekends. Well, excuse me, but a patient can't predict when they will get sick and need a nurse. I highly recommend NOT using this company. The nurses are great, but their office management is the worst!
