Dr. Moore is the worst doctor I have ever been to. Besides having to wait 2 hours to see him for 3 minutes. His staff is very rude and unfriendly. They don’t return your calls. Go to Twin Lakes, they are the best. Every operations he did on me still hurt and it’s been many years.
They need to get Better at scheduling....been in waiting room for over an Hour after already having to reschedule because of waiting an hour before! Seriously if you're required to arrive no later than 5 mins from your appointment time then they should be required to see you no later than at least 15 mins from your time. At this point They should be Paying Me for My Time! Update it has been 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time and I Still Have NOT seen the Dr., so total of 3 hours of my Life wasted waiting in this Off... read more
Waiting room was standing room only. Waited 35 minutes past the scheduled time. Room has dirty used bandaids on the floor. Idk about this place...
Horrible service and first impression. After I had the release of information paperwork filled out and emailed back per their instructions, I waited two full months before reaching out again. I had not received a single call or email back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt which is why it took me that time to finally ask about it.
