My son can b difficult to say the least but when I found them i found ppl who actually listen and care. He don't like to b touched or fooled with much he has extreme autism but they r patient let him do it himself and warm up to what they r needing, talk to him just like other kids, if he is rough they handle him gently, If they can't handle they refer him to best place available, If they didn't know they wasn't to prideful to look it up and they mind answering questions even if seemingly odd or repeative.
