Love Baxter Insurance. Their customer service is excellent no matter who I talk to. They are very helpful and I always get my questions answered if I don’t understand something. And I love the fact I don’t have to shop around for the best deal, they make it so easy!

Poor customer service, unprofessional receptionist, messages didn't get to agents causing loss of coverage, then I was told I never called. All this after being a customer for over 20 years. Sorry it ended this way. ps I do have call logs.
