Easily five stars. No drama or complications. Drop the empty, pick up the load and be on your way. They ask for washout receipt. There is a washout across the street if you need one.

I was here several times and they always had an “issues”, “sistem down”, “power outage”, “unexpected diarrhea” or something else, and waiting time 5-7 hours, today my waiting time was 12 hours. They do not care about drivers at all, absolutely disrespectful behavior. Avoid this place. But they have one “advantage”, big parking across the street there you can reset your hours, while waiting.

Dropped my trl at 0530 for a 0700 apt time. They said come back at 0915. I called multiple times and it wasn't ready. When they said it was ready and I came back to the office at 11 I still had to wait until 1220 because they said it was still in a door and they had to go get it. Finally leaving at 1230. Get it together!!

Easy to find. Pull up to security give your empty number, pick up number and pre loaded trailer number then go to the right, stop at the stop sign then go inside to give your pick up number. You’ll get your. BOL then proceed to the empty lot that’s outside the gate. Scan your code from the back of your BOL, park your empty, slide the tandems. On the way out scan the back of your BOL and tag from the trailer. Nice people. Easy back. Truck stop across the street
