Dropped my trl at 0530 for a 0700 apt time. They said come back at 0915. I called multiple times and it wasn't ready. When they said it was ready and I came back to the office at 11 I still had to wait until 1220 because they said it was still in a door and they had to go get it. Finally leaving at 1230. Get it together!!

Easy to find. Pull up to security give your empty number, pick up number and pre loaded trailer number then go to the right, stop at the stop sign then go inside to give your pick up number. You’ll get your. BOL then proceed to the empty lot that’s outside the gate. Scan your code from the back of your BOL, park your empty, slide the tandems. On the way out scan the back of your BOL and tag from the trailer. Nice people. Easy back. Truck stop across the street

Drop & hook. From i40 226 & 221 are restricted routes in the map books, but we did not see any restrictions in that section and plenty of other semi trucks driving through there.

This place is a Joke, driver showed up at 230pm for a 3pm they said his Annual inspection is fake, and that they needed a real one.. So I made a fake one which they accepted SMH 🤦‍♂️. After that they had him drop the trailer and go to a truck stop 30 minutes, away.gave him a piece of paper, and said do not call us any earlier then 9pm because that’s when you will be loaded.
