My husband had an appointment today at the clinic. We drove all the way from Springfield-two hours-only to find the clinic closed. Yes, we have had snow but the roads were totally clear and their parking lot was clear. We waited until the time shown on our paperwork just in case, but the door was still locked. I used to go to pain treatment associates and they were so caring and they treated me with respect. I was told by Dr. Thompson that the more I over use my back the more I will lose functionality in my back, and I will eventually lose the ability to walk if I’m not careful with my back. Dr. Ryan Kraft on the other hand has a terrible bedside manner, and seems to get enjoyment out of being rude to his patients. They don't deserve one star but I've been here twice I do not like it don't think Dr.price even looked at past records from Dr. Thompson they just cut your meds down don't listen to whether you need that med or not they are not friendly there at all 2nd appointment I sat in room for iver45 minutes for the doc to not even fully come into the room was fine in under 5 minutes never asked if I had anything else going on no smile just another dollar sign seen I want Dr. Thompson and Alice back at least Alice was nice friendly hel... read more
Dr Thompson said I have a lot wrong with my back where as dr Kraft said he didnt see a whole lot wrong. I was in his office for a total of 5min I felt completely ignored and disregarded. Now im struggling to find a dr that will prescribe my pain medication since dr Thompson is retiring. Both Thompson and Kraft wanted to do spinal injections on me but each were giving different procedures. Thompson went into very detailed description of what he wanted to do where as Kraft explained nothing about his procedure.
The staff is extremely pleasant and the dr knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. Wish I had made the switch long ago!
