It was time to redo our 15 year old landscaping. (Who knew those old bushes would go so much)I called Baxter Gardens and received a quick call back from Don. We met so I could explain what my wife and I wanted. Sooner than expected, Don came by to show me what he had designed. We just finished a landscape job and are very happy. Don was the designer and Luke was the installler. We highly recommend them.
Just came in to get a premium japanese boxwood and a perfect pair of double knockout roses. I didnt catch the mans name who helped us, but he was working circles around the young guys! Felt compelled to give a review so thank you so much.
I had never heard of this company until I had issues after I was in an accident with one of their vehicles. The manager & employee who drove the truck were very understanding & cooperated with all of the request I had with them after the accident. I can't say as much for the managment. As a "family owned business" I would think the safety of the public would be your top priority. However, I was told that my story didn't match up. Thank goodness for police reports. When my husband & I built our house back in 1990 we used Baxter Gardens West to landscape the front yard and plant trees in the back. Through the years when storms took out trees we called Don to have them replaced. Now some 25 years later we decided to have the back yard done, & what a superb job they did.
