I made my appointment one year ago, as Baxters Eye Care is a ver busy place. My appointment was on time. All their equipment appears to be new with the latest technologies. All personnel were courteous, friendly, smiley, knowledgeable and informative. I feel I received excellent care! 10 of 10!
The staff is friendly, efficient, and very competent. Dr. Baxter is very experienced; he explains the process as he goes along, pointing out what he sees in the images, what they mean and how it impacts the diagnosis and the necessary actions if any.
Wonderful staff that answered all of my questions and went out of the way to find out if something was possible. Told me to come right on in and helped me out like I was family.
