I stayed here only because I love Dr. Baxter, but Dr. Earle is a joke. A young thing who is very condescending and will not listen to my needs. I’m all about young if you are competent. I was told I had to see her for my dry eye because she’s the “guru.” First appointment, I told her what eye drops I needed, and she refused to give me the prescription. The optometrist misdiagnosed me, not once but twice. She prescribed lenses that were never going to work for me. So, I returned them and they held a credit on my account for one year while I consulted specialists that could help me. Two surgeries later, my vision is great. I had an appointment for a routine eye exam for glasses. I was contacted by their office and told to bring my medical records for the exam. When I inquired, I was told it was because they wanted to do a screening for glaucoma. I explained I already had someone doing those screenings and I only needed an exam for glasses. The receptionists spoke with the doctor and informed me the doctor stated if they could not do the screening they would not do the eye exam.
