I had a great experience with the team at Baxter Environmental. I reached out with concerns about a wet HVAC filter and the fact that my ducts hadn’t been cleaned in years. Jocelyne and her team are complete experts on indoor air quality. They have a whole Breathe Healthy Initiative that educates around these indoor environments and helps increase the importance on controlling these type of pollutants. Baxter Group was hired to deodorize & remove the cigarette smell from the townhouse we were purchasing. They did not even replace the air filter. The townhouse smelled WORSE when they were done than before they ever started. Would not recommend!
