Love this place! Dr. Snodgrass and Dr. Troutman are very caring and awesome vets! The staff are very kind and helpful. I wish I had known about them when my sweet Smidgen cat got sick. Perhaps he would still be with me.
Terrible. I needed to get antibiotics for my rats, and after sitting in the waiting room for forty five minutes AFTER the exam was informed the prescriptions were at cheapest two hundred dollars. I asked for generic or cheaper prescriptions which they refused and I ended up paying forty dollars for the visit and no medicine. I've gotten these antibiotics before several times and only had to pay twenty bucks per prescription. Great staff. Answered all my questions. Good prices and most of all they were genuinely nice to my 2 cats. Highly recommend them to people I know.
My family has used Baxter County Animal Clinic since I was a kid. Dr. Snodgrass is always straight forward and wonderful with my animals. Only place I go.
These are very special caring people. Dr Snodgrass has been very good to us over the years. We started seeing Dr Troutman when Panda and Tigger joined our family. She's great and the girls love her!
The vet there is wonderful with both of my pit bull fur babies if u want a vet that doest breed discriminate or judge this is the one.
They are taking such good care of my Rocky now that he has a serious illness. Doctor Troutman is a kind and caring vet and she has advised us well. We have taken all of our animals there. Dr Snodgrass saved our Jack Russell's life several years ago and saw him daily for shots. He is a real kind and caring person with animals.
