After getting a high estimate from another plumbing company for a next-day appointment, I decided to look for other options. A friend suggested I try a different plumbing service, so I called them just before closing time. Even though it was almost 6 PM, they sent Brody out quickly—he arrived around 7:15 and wrapped up everything by 7:45. The cost was much more affordable than what I was quoted elsewhere. I had a great experience with this plumbing company! Dwayne and James helped me with a slab leak, and not only did they fix it quickly, but the price was way better than I expected. Dwayne was amazing—he took the time to explain everything about the repair and all my options, making sure I understood each step. I needed to have my water heater replaced, so I reached out for help and a plumber named Brody came to do the job. Brody was fantastic—super knowledgeable about plumbing, and also really friendly. While installing the new water heater, he took the time to explain what he was doing and was happy to chat about plumbing tips and even shared some stories from his hobbies.
