tried to call in a prescription request. Was put on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up and called back and was told i would be put on hold again. When i said that i did not have the time to do so i was advised to call back in the morning when "more staff would be available." I was a bit stunned.
Horrible customer service! Extremely unprofessional. Beth Baxter would do well to find a new receptionist.
