This place fraudulently charged my card twice. When I confronted them they hung up on me and wouldn't do anything to fix the matter. I would stay away from this place.
This was the first time a mental health professional (Ryan) actually spoke to our family member and asked her "how are you feeling, and actually listened." Most often people with intellectual disabilities are not spoken and listened to by the medical professionals, they speak to the staff and/or caretaker. We are grateful and blessed to have Ryan working with our family so she can feel her best in 2025. Thank you!
Excellent first visit. Our son is intellectually challenged and the staff was amazing with him. Very patient and courteous. Thank you so much.
Ryan always knows what to say to me to calm me down. Makes me feel safe. I'd be lost without him.
I do not recommend Reagen she is very sketchy. Does not take your feelings into consideration a poor listener and a I know it all and I'm right your wrong kind of practitioner! She never showed up twice to my zoom appointments leaving me to wait for almost 2hrs both times i tried calling the office to get the answering service. When i followed up the next day to reschedule the office clerk put the blame on me and did not care to discuss the issue they just took her word and dismissed me from the practice.
