My radiator hose popped a leak on the highway. I spent three times patching the hole and adding water. I made it to Baxters. Not only did Baxters have my 25 year old van hose in stock, the friendly staff loaned me the tools to take my hose off and replace.
Stephanie was so helpful. My break pads were defective from the factory or labeled wrong. She took the time to look up my invoice and get me the correct pads! Thank you for the great customer service.
