Had such a great experience with Tall Jim at Baxter West Dodge! I traded in my Mach-E for an Expedition, and he made the entire process so smooth and easy. If I could give zero stars to Baxter I would. When I bought a car from them in 2016, the clutch went out less than a week after buying it. and the sleazy salesman who helped me get a loaner tried sleeping with me, repeatedly. Now, I am back in the area and have had to use their VW shop, which has also been a disaster of an experience every time.
