Had a scheduled time for warranty service. Was told the service would be completed by noon. Brought the RAV4 by 8 AM and returned around 11:30 to wait for service to be completed. It is 3:00 PM and I am still waiting. I have been given polite reasons but none apply. Is this how warranty repairs are treated?
