Service was excellent. Timely, thorough and very attentive.
Everyone at Edward's Village Pointe are very nice and helpful. The remodel turned out great. I could not ask for a better group of people.
Poor communication and callback rate. Had to get corporate customer care involved before service submitted my requests for warranty work. Took vehicle 14 miles across town for paint touch up, and back of course, 28 miles. My vehicle ended up with 55 miles and no one can explain this phenomenon. Service manager suggested I take my vehicle elsewhere for repair based on their price quote.
Staff are very friendly and mostly willing to help answer your questions. The work is usually done pretty quickly. But DO NOT go here if you’re expecting it to be cheap or even decent priced. This place is incredibly expensive. They wanted $4500 to fix my sunroof and sunshade. $1200 of this was just for the “diagnostic fee” for them to take my roof apart and figure out what the issue was.
