Long time resident, been here before the interior renovations. It was a lot better back then, the stove used to have a built-in timer and internal temperature reading and the fridge was large with its own dedicated ice maker and filtered water dispenser. They're now replaced with cheaper versions, the fridge is super small and you have to manually time the oven pre-heat. Paid a $200 application fee in August, never got a call back, they never answer the phone, I've left numerous voicemails and submitted multiple requests and have gotten zero response. These people are crooks, don't apply to live here.
They'll take your application fee and ignore you.
