Very helpful when ordering over the phone. I ordered a product that is somewhat had to find and they located it and shipped it to my door.
I have been going here for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. There are several types of oil (one hard to find) I purchase for a CNC machine shop and the staff there is always friendly, informative and helpful.
I called them trying to get an idea about thier prices and the guy in the frontdesk said their sales representative will contact me later. Afew days later i stop at thier location to ask the same question, the same guy in the front desk refused to tell me anything or price and he said he remembers me and remember he told me to wait for thr rep to call. No one call me in a month now. I found a better supplier than rex oil and i will not do any business with rex oil.
