Bawarchi had lied to my bank about an order I never recieved due to their store being renovated and their online orders being opened. I feel very frustrated and betrayed my OWN PEOPLE scamming me. I even tipped. I used to buy here all the time for my family yet they cant refund me once.
They are still taking online orders even though the location is closed. We filed a chargeback with our bank, and the restaurant had the audacity to refuse the refund directly to the bank, yet they can not answer calls and provide proper customer service. Bawarchi are scammers, will never go to any of their branches again.
Why the heck you are taking orders online when you are closed for renovation? What a inconvenience!!!
The place is closed for renovation and they didn't make an attempt to stop their online ordering or even mention about it on Google maps. I ended up ordering online and came to know about renovation only when I was there to pick-up my order. The credit card charge also has been confirmed after 3 days, which I have to go through my bank to dispute the charges.
The cooks and waiters were very gracious.
