Walked 5km there because im too dizzy to drive and have huge pain in my ear to be told they are at capacity because they close at 3.Website says 10 pm today.
Whats the point of having a urgent care clinic if they close early on a Sunday. Waste of time, might as well go to the hospital
Playing fast and loose with the term ‘triage’. Waited for 2 hours (which is fine), but in this time I didn’t see a single medical professional to be ‘triaged’. I was initially told the wait was 30 mins. The receptionist didn’t even ask me why I was there… Just took a guess apparently. No medical history or actual presenting problem was noted. Saw the doctor for less than 3 minutes (didn’t see a nurse). The assessment of my medical issue was really poor and I had to seek assistance elsewhere. A really disappointing experience... read more
Doctor Damien and Nurse Neena were fantastic to me and my son and step daughter when we went in yesterday after my son came in needing stitches. He was very scared and beside himself and they sat with us for a long time making him as calm as possible (which wasn’t easy) and eventually were able to complete the procedure which I thought we were never going to be able to do. They were fantastic when my step daughter then needed medical attention after watching my son get stitches. They were 11/10 and deserve a massive shout ou... read more
I visited today without a reservation and was surprised by the short waiting time. Both the nurse and Dr. Syam were very kind and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, for which I am truly grateful. I was so satisfied with the service that I actively recommended it to my friends. If I ever need to visit again, I will definitely come here. And as a foreigner, I was worried about communication, but they understood me and explained everything well, so I want to thank them once again.🥹🥹
