I lived at Bavarian Woods from 2022-2023. While I was a resident, I didn't have many complaints about the apartment complex. The grounds were well maintained, most maintenance orders completed in a timely manner, and the office staff at the time were nice and willing to answer any questions. However, the building always reeked of weed and some of the high points of the apartment listing were not present in the unit - such as garbage disposal, and washer dryer hookups.
