I had been having problems with my 98 BMW 323is for about a year. It started with a shudder under the rear center console, to fuel delivery issues, to overheating problems. After it sat in the driveway for over 6 months I had it towed to Chris at Bavarian Werkstatte. He immediately went to work on it and in no time had it up and running like a champ! I took my 06 BMW in for some Strut & Control Arm concerns plus.....a driveshaft issue, which was brought to my attention! I learned more about my car in a few short days than from all the days since my initial purchase! Chris & his staff were very attentive in every aspect of customer service. They also provided a loaner, which was very convenient, since I live in Mesquite America......my Beemer is rocking & rolling once again!!! My husband Tim and I were on our way from Kolob Canyon,UT to Las Vegas,NV this past summer in our 99 BMW Z-3. Our engine started missing and all kinds of stuff started beeping and pinging. Our road assistance company found these folks for us. It was July 3. We were going to be in Vegas for two days and then we needed to get headed back east to Ohio.
