Chris did some work almost two years ago on my BMW. A part that was replaced failed (not his fault, a manufacturer issue). I took my car back and Chris honored his 2 year warranty on the part and his work. He replaced the part for free. Not only that, but I needed the work done quickly or I would have had to rent a car for a work trip that was coming up. Chris was able to fit me in immediately and got the work done the next day. Chris is a great mechanic who provides a no nonsense assessment of the problem, and the best way to fix it. He doesn't drag you on and drain your wallet with endless diagnostics, he determines the problem and orders the parts. He's my go to mechanic!
